Joint Community Initiative – Nomination Terms and Conditions

By submitting a nomination to the Community Clean-Up project (hosted by Flawless Cleaning and Clear Your Junk), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) Eligibility

  • Location: Nominations are open to individuals, residential properties, or community spaces located within the United Kingdom service areas of both companies.
  • Accuracy: Nominators must provide accurate location and contact information.
  • Permissions: Nominators must have obtained necessary permissions from the property owner (if not themselves) to submit photos and location details for public consideration.

2) Nomination Process

  • Submission: Nominations must be submitted through the designated online form.
  • Scope of Work: Nominations can be for projects requiring intensive cleaning (e.g., dirty driveways, exterior building cleaning) and/or junk removal (e.g., overgrown gardens, accumulated household waste, or site clearances).
  • Requirements: Submissions must include:
  • A detailed description of why the individual or space needs help.
  • Clear "Before" photographs showing the scale of the cleaning or junk removal required.
  • The exact address/location of the site.

3) Selection Process

  • Criteria: Recipients will be selected at the sole discretion of the partnership team based on:
  • The level of hardship or need.
  • The potential positive impact on the local community.
  • Safety and accessibility for the crews.
  • Finality: All selection decisions are final, and the partnership is not obligated to provide feedback on unsuccessful nominations.

4) Service Provisions

  • Combined Services: The scope of assistance (whether it involves junk removal, specialized cleaning, or both) will be determined by the professional teams at Flawless Cleaning and Clear Your Junk.
  • Access: The recipient agrees to provide full access to the property on the scheduled date(s).
  • Media Consent: The recipient agrees to allow the teams to capture professional photos and videos of the location before, during, and after the project.

5) Publicity and Media

  • The recipient grants Flawless Cleaning and Clear Your Junk the right to use all media (photos/videos) for promotional purposes across:
  • Websites and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Marketing materials and press releases.
  • While media capture of the location is required, the recipient’s personal appearance in videos is at their own discretion.

6) Liability & Safety

  • Liability: Neither Flawless Cleaning nor Clear Your Junk shall be held liable for any pre-existing structural damage or injuries occurring during the process, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
  • Hazardous Waste: The junk removal team reserves the right to refuse the collection of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals) unless specifically agreed upon in writing beforehand.

7) Contact & Data Privacy

  • Privacy: All personal data is stored securely and used only for the management of the community project. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
